NO, once an order label printed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

- We ship the same day if the order is placed and payment is cleared by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Business Days Monday through Friday.
- Shipping tracking number is generated by FEDEX, USPS, Amazon Shipping or UPS and then emailed to buyer’s email address that is used at checkout. Please check your Junk/Spam mail if you don’t receive a shipment notification email from us.
- We are located at New York
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
- We have 30 DAY WARRANTY on EVERYTHING we sell. If there is a problem with your purchase please contact us immediately so we can send return instructions.
- Returned item must be in the same condition as when it was purchased
- All items shipped out, are marked with our security labels and the serial numbers are recorded. Returned items MUST have the security label intact and the serial number MUST match with our records.
- Item must be in the same condition as when purchased.
