Easy returns within 30 days
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to return. We'll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, all we ask is that items are returned clean, unused, and have all their original tags.
Free Domestic Returns - How It Works
Create return request
In order to expedite your return process , Please start a return request in 6te1.com customer dashboard, so we can provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
Print your label
Print your return label. Please provide order Number #, Your Name and address in order to refund your order. VERY IMPORTANT !!! If you are returning a Cell Phone, Smart Watch or a Tablet please make sure the phone/tablet/watch is reset to factory settings, taken out of any iCloud account and free of any passwords or user names. Devices with user passwords will delay the return/refund process until the device is cleared from previous owner's passwords.
Package your items
Package your item(s) in one bag/box, complete the required fields on the dispatch note and pop it inside. Attach the label you've printed at home. PLEASE Make sure the item you are returning has same SERIAL/IMEI number as the one we sent to you. Most of the time , This number can be found on the packing slip we include with the shipment. Items with different SERIAL/IMEI numbers will delay the process and will be returned back to buyer. Please do not use the item's box for shipping. Please keep a record of the return tracking.
Drop off at Post Office or UPS or FedEx
Go to your most convenient Post Office, UPS, FedEx location. Keep it tracking number.
Important: Please obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep hold of it until your refund has been received.
EU & International Returns
We are sorry to advise we do not offer a free return service for any International purchases. For customers wishing to make a return from these territories you will need to arrange your own return by post, at your own cost.
